Because it is located in the north of the city, and you can climb up to see the North Pole, quasi-east and west, so this platform is called the North Pole Platform. The Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics (now the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archeology) conducted a rescue archaeological excavation of three Yuan Dynasty tombs located within the land acquisition scope of the southeast pipeline project in Dongguluo Village, Baizhuang Township, Shenze County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province. The three tombs are all single-chamber tombs with circular vertical caves. Only a small amount of porcelain, copper coins and pottery tiles were unearthed. This is the first Yuan Dynasty tomb that has been scientifically excavated in the area, adding new information to the Yuan Dynasty archeology in central Hebei. Dongguluo Cemetery is located about 180 meters southeast of Dongguluo Village, Baizhuang Township, Shenze County, Shijiazhuang City, Hebei Province, about 2 kilometers west of National Highway 230, and about 8.7 kilometers southwest of Shenze County. In June 2018, it was opened in E'an It was discovered during a cultural relic survey within the Cangzhou Gas Pipeline Project. In August 2019, in order to cooperate with the construction of the pipeline project, the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics (now the Hebei Provincial Institute of Cultural Relics and Archaeology) conducted an exploration of the land acquisition area for the project, identified three tombs, and immediately conducted rescue excavations. The excavation area borders the cement road from Dongguluo Village to Wangjiazhuang Village to the west, and is adjacent to the dividing line between the cultivated lands of the two villages to the south. From the perspective of the overall geographical environment, the area is about 6.7 kilometers away from Dasha River in the north and 6.6 kilometers away from Hutuo River in the south.
