How to make your retirement life happy?

My ideal retirement life

It is early in the morning, sleep a natural wake up, stretch a few lazy waist, massage the lower part of the body, first go to soak boiled water, and then prepare a little under the pot of rice or noodle to prepare, while going to do personal hygiene cleaning. The first thing you need to do is to make sure that you have a good meal, and that you have the right kind of food.

Change a pair of loose shoes, to the park or the supermarket set off, the road close to the walk, the road is far away from the bicycle, the park to stroll - an hour, the supermarket or the food market and another hour to stroll, hit the road back home. Simple preparation for lunch, after lunch rest - hours, nap can not be missing. After the nap, put on some relaxing music, or listen to a book, - while cleaning and organizing the room.

After finishing, make a cup of tea, or brush your headlines, or watch a video, or read a book, or make some excerpts, or practice writing, or do some knitting. Make a nice dinner to treat yourself and your family.

In the evening, go for a walk on the neighborhood boulevard, or go to the square and dance along. Come home at 8:30 p.m., take a bath, soak your feet, do your personal hygiene, then, go to bed, read for another hour, and turn off the light and go to bed at 10:00 p.m. or so. Some people suggested that if I retired, I should go to a university for the elderly, but I politely declined. I think, there are many people where there is a jungle, since ancient times, and I am a person who likes to be alone and love quiet people, to go to that kind of place is against my inner truth, do not go.
