Middle School Physical Education Teaching Plan "Happy Piglet"

Activity objectives:

1, learn to push the ball forward with a stick and try to be coordinated.

I like to take part in sports activities and experience the happiness brought by them.

Prepare waste newspapers and straw balls, bamboo sticks, straw houses, music and plum blossom piles before class.

Activity flow:

First, the beginning.

Warm-up exercises (head, hands, waist, legs).

Second, the basic part.

1, the first attempt to catch a pig.

Make use of the educational resources presented by children, let them try to drive pigs freely and demonstrate the correct methods.

The teacher concluded: Bend down, hold the bamboo stick tightly, and gently push the ball forward.

2. Try to catch a pig for the second time.

The teacher reminded the children in time that they can only push the ball forward with bamboo sticks and are not allowed to run with the ball.

3. Game: Send "Little Pig" home.

(1) Children line up in six rows, chasing pigs in a straight line and controlling the direction of the ball.

The activity was carried out twice, and the teacher found the problem in time to help discuss and solve it.

(2) It is more difficult for children to control the direction of the ball by bypassing the plum blossom pile and chasing the pig in an S-shape.

Third, the ending part.

Do relaxation exercises with music, and pay attention to the relaxation of head, hands, waist and legs.

Activity reflection:

Teachers should make adjustments in the layout of the venue and consider the convenience of the route. It is too difficult for children to catch pigs in a straight line. Children can't do it. The requirements for children in the activity link are more difficult, but the goal positioning is relatively simple, so the goal should be changed slightly.
