Ying'er Village belongs to Beishitou Town in the northwestern part of Shunyi District, connecting to Qiaotzi Town of Huairou in the north, 25 kilometers away from Shunyi County and 4 kilometers away from the Beishitou Town Government. There are Huaichang Road and Huosi Road passing around the village, and it is about 5 kilometers away from Beishitou Exit of Beijing-Chengdu Expressway. Along the Huichang Road north to Huairou County about 10 kilometers, the south and the North Shiquan Town Temple on the village connected to the west and the North Shiquan Town Wugezhuang village, north of the Daqin Railway Chawu station, the geographic location is superior, the transportation is convenient.

The Royal Road passes through Shunyi, Huairou, Miyun and Gubeikou out of Beijing. Legend has it that at the end of the Qing Dynasty, Emperor Xianfeng fled from the Yuanmingyuan Garden to the Summer Resort, and when he passed through this section of the Royal Road in the present Ying'er Village, he suddenly felt unwell and became ill. The local people took out the best food and medicine to supply the emperor. After recovering, Xianfeng Emperor was greatly moved, all the people of this place. Taking the meaning of "nourished me", it will be named Yinger.
In recent years, Ying'er village economic development is stable, farmers' income increased year by year, the village annual per capita net income of about 15,000 yuan. Village economic enterprises are not very developed, currently operating enterprises are private enterprises Lao Han packaging factory, Tiankai garden, Qinggu garden.
