Suining Hongyan Township was established in May 1996, the former Taoping Township and the former Yanjing Township merged, is the largest township in Suining County. The town is located in Hunan Province Suining County, the northeast corner of the territory, east of Wugang County, the north and Dongkou County, bordering on Liao Shui and Xuefeng Mountain Gorge, the geographic location is extremely important, is the only gateway out of Suining in the north, but also Shao Yang west of the Yunnan-Guizhou transportation key road.
