How did you spend the foggy days?

I came to Harbin from Nanning in the spring of 20 12. It was foggy in Harbin that winter. In my impression, every time I go home from Nanning and pass Harbin, there is no smog.

In the spring of 20 13, I changed to a network company. That winter, the smog was already very serious. Life newspaper subordinate to the provincial newspaper published many articles that year to discuss the causes of smog in Harbin, and the conclusion was: Mongolian coal.

The main idea of that series of articles is that the coal in Shuangyashan, Hegang, Heilongjiang Province is deeply buried, and mining is more troublesome and expensive, while Mongolian coal is shallow and cheap on the surface. Coal mining in Heilongjiang is difficult and costly, so the price is high. Coal mining in Mongolia is easy and low-cost, so the price is low. It is also cheaper than coal in Heilongjiang, so heating companies in Heilongjiang and even the whole northeast purchase Mongolian coal for heating. But coal needs to be matched with the boiler. The boilers in the northeast only match the coal in the northeast, but not the Mongolian coal. The coal in the northeast can be fully burned in the boiler in the northeast, while the coal in Mongolia can't be fully burned in the boiler in the northeast. Therefore, from 12, Harbin and even the whole northeast will be foggy in the heating season.

I was most impressed by the smog at 20 13. It was a winter morning. At about half past five, I walked out of the house. It is still dark outside. I don't think it's anything special. After waiting at the bus stop for a while, I came to a bus. When I was sitting on the bus in Le Song, the radio said it was foggy that day, and all the primary and secondary schools in the city were on holiday. Most bus lines and taxis are out of service. When I was sitting on Hongqi Street, I received WeChat, SMS and taxi. When I got off near Huaihe Road, I was really confused. It's already dawn, but I can't see two meters away. But it may be because my nose hair is thick, or I lived in a rural area where I often saw chicken excrement, duck excrement, pig excrement and cow dung, so I didn't feel too uncomfortable about the air quality at that time. I walked in the smog, and after about 20 minutes, I walked to the company.

After staying in the company until noon, a friend of the boss went and found that there were only three or two people in the company. He asked the boss what had happened. The boss said it was foggy and everyone could work at home. As a result, this buddy said, "The more extreme the weather is, the more you have to stick to your job." What a mental illness! Our boss is even more mentally ill, and even adopted it, and then informed everyone to come to work in the company in the afternoon. Oh, my God, a thin female colleague of mine coughed from 1 to 5 o'clock after she went there. She walked slowly on the road wearing two masks after work, coughing while walking. I think that day, she must have doubted life and humanity.

That day was the worst smog I encountered in Harbin for more than five years. I accepted it calmly, and went out to work as usual without wearing a mask, coughing, breathing or getting sick. It's just that I found that my nose hair is getting heavier and heavier since I came to Harbin. I have to cut it once a week with a nose hair dryer, otherwise it will flow out of my nostrils, which is not good-looking.
