This course adheres to the guiding ideology of "health first", builds a relaxed, harmonious and democratic learning atmosphere based on the new curriculum standards, centers on students' development, starts from students' health and combines the physical and mental characteristics of junior students. And pay attention to individual differences so that every student can experience learning and success. Fully mobilize students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning, enhance self-esteem and self-confidence in the process of constantly experiencing progress and success, and form a positive, optimistic and cheerful learning attitude.
Second, the teaching objectives:
1, sports participation goal: willing to play a role in the situation, actively participate in activities, self-esteem and self-confidence.
2. Knowledge and skills goal: 90% students can initially master the methods and essentials of standing long jump, experience the coordinated efforts of the whole body, and develop leg strength and jumping ability.
3. Emotional goal: to stimulate sports interest and cultivate observation and independent innovation ability. Learn to cooperate and communicate with others in activities to enhance the spirit of collectivism.
Third, the analysis of teaching materials and learning:
This lesson is the first lesson of jumping unit teaching. Jumping is the main content of sports in lower grades of primary schools, and it is also an important means to promote the all-round development of the body. Through jumping practice, we can strengthen the strength of muscles, joints and ligaments, develop coordination and jumping ability, and promote the development of internal organs. The second-grade primary school students are in a period of rapid physical development, with strong intuitive thinking ability, lively and active, like competitions and playing various games. But attention is easily diverted and self-control ability is poor. I have been exposed to high jump and long jump in the first grade of primary school, so I have a certain foundation for learning standing long jump.
Four, teaching difficulties:
Key points: push your feet hard to the ground, straighten your legs as far as possible, and show your hips.
Difficulty: coordination of pedal and swing, smooth landing.
V. Teaching methods and means:
1, the main task of this class is to let students learn to push their feet hard, expand their hips and abdomen and land smoothly on the basis of Grade One in Senior High School. So the scene of "Little Frog Learning Skills" was created for students to jump by imitating frogs. By comparing the teacher's demonstration actions, we can find out the main points of standing long jump, and put the "lotus leaf" and the students who jump "lotus leaf" in a happy and active atmosphere all the time to complete the teaching of standing long jump.
When the class begins, the students start with fairy tales. While watching the change of headdress in the teacher's hand, they followed the teacher to imitate the movements of various animals. Teachers add appropriate fairy tale language at the beginning to make students study hard, concentrate and stimulate students' interest.
3. In the main part of the class, try to teach students to imitate leapfrog. Then the teacher made a correct standing long jump, and let the students talk about the differences between the teacher and the classmates through appraisal, so that the students can intuitively understand the teaching points of standing long jump through their own observation and comparison, which laid a good foundation for the next practice.
4. Change the previous classroom teaching mode of teacher demonstration and student learning demonstration. Teachers and students wear frog headdresses together and learn skills together in the pond. It embodies the interaction and autonomy of both sides of teaching. Teachers also walked off the platform and explored and studied with students, which reflected the innovation of teaching.
In the last two classes, in order not to divert students' interest, we still use games and dances related to frogs to attract students' attention and keep them interested in learning from beginning to end.
6. Using the reward method in teaching can stimulate students' interest in learning, improve their enthusiasm for practice, and make the whole class reach Gao Chao.
7. Continue to design the situation for the next class, so that students are full of expectations for the next class after learning this class.

Fourth, the game: frogs catch pests
Rules of the game: Divide students into two groups. One group was dressed as a "little frog", and the other group was scattered in the "pond" as a "pest". Frog attacks pests with the ball in his hand. The pests hit by the ball should stand outside the circle to see which group of "pests" can win by catching more in the specified time.
