Because the basic posture of aerobics is to keep the center of gravity upward, the body relaxed, the torso straight, the abdomen and chest, shoulders down. Secondly, under the premise of paying attention to the basic posture, we strive to move naturally, smoothly, elastic, positive, strong sense of strength.
