The phrase's means to do something, to be something. Northeastern Mandarin is a tonal language of the Mandarin branch of the Sino-Tibetan language family, and is the main dialect of most of Heilongjiang Province, Jilin Province, north-central Liaoning Province, the eastern part of the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, and the northeastern part of Hebei Province, with a population of more than 170 cities and counties and a population of about 120 million. Northeastern Mandarin can be subdivided into Jishen piece, Hafu piece, Heisong piece, each piece can be divided into several small pieces.
Northeastern Mandarin is close to Mandarin as a whole, and the Northeastern dialect that outsiders think of is actually often the Northeastern Mandarin of some areas in the Northeastern Mandarin-passing regions. Although there are some differences in the accents across the Northeast (except Liaodong), the difference is only the depth of the "Northeast flavor", and there is no difference in vocabulary, and there is no major change in pronunciation.
