That country's money has a watermark of a dancing villain

This is a Belarusian banknote with a denomination of 100 Belarusian rubles, issued in 2000. The front of the banknote is the National Ballet Opera House in Minsk, the capital of Belarus, and the back is a scene from the ballet The Favourite, with a watermark of a woman dancing the ballet.

The Belarusian ruble has no exchange rate with the Chinese yuan, and must be converted through the exchange rate between the U.S. dollar and the Belarusian ruble, with 100 Belarusian rubles equaling approximately 7 cents of Chinese yuan.
