Note:

A song called "Little Girl Under the Streetlamp" was a hit in the late 1980s and became an outstanding representative of Chinese disco music. Even after nearly thirty years, the song is still covered by several celebrities: Yang Kun, Xie Na, Phoenix Legend, Zhang Qiang and so on. The song's original singer and the first cover artist in China, on the other hand, is not well known.

In the eighties, under the influence of "Horton" and "Mastodon", domestic musicians launched the "Mania" series, which was mainly covers of English songs while filling in Chinese lyrics. The most famous of these was "87 Mania", a compilation album in which the vast majority were covers of the most popular disco songs in continental Europe at the time. Once released, the compilation created a "frenzy" in China, setting a brilliant sales record and showing a wide range of influence. The title track of the album "87 Mania" is "Little Girl Under the Streetlamp".
