In the eighth year of Song Kaibao (975), Xing 'an Town was renamed Anrenchang. In the year of Emperor Taizong Duan (988), Anrenchang was promoted to Anren County, which belonged to Raozhou, Jiangdong Road.
Yingtan City, a prefecture-level city in Jiangxi Province, is known as "ripples swirl in it and eagles dance on it". It has developed into an influential international city, created the world-famous "yingtan Speed" and enjoyed the reputation of "Road Capital", "Copper Capital" and "Maker City".
