Mongolian Dance 16 basic movements are introduced as follows:
1, the basic posture
Stick out the chest and stand up the waist, upper body slightly backward, back slightly backward leaning. Tilt your head back and rest your neck slightly behind the pillow.
2. Hand shape
Four fingers straight and together, the thumb is slightly curved naturally by the side, five fingers in a plane, forming a "plate hand".
3, hard wrist
Hands lift and press the wrist at the same time, alternating hands lift and press the wrist
4, kneading arm
Shoulder muscles to push the clavicle, shoulder blades, ribs to do the front and back round kneading, while to the elbow, wrist, fingers to do the big wave-shaped conduction. Shoulder back kneading up, elbow, wrist, fingers continuously follow each other kneading up.
5, shoulder rubbing
Left shoulder arches forward, left elbow swings backward, while the right shoulder swings backward, right elbow arches forward, alternating back and forth writhing, while the shoulders are slightly shrugged.
6. Hard Shoulder
The movement is basically the same as the soft shoulder, but the movement should be hard, dry and angular with a clear rhythm.
7. Common Foot Positions
Square stance, figure-eight stance, ding zi stance, big figure-eight stance, lunge stance, stepping stance (one foot in the front, one foot in the back, and step on the ground with the palm of the foot), and big stepping stance (on the basis of stepping stance, the legs are pulled apart, and it becomes the action of bending the knee of the front leg into a semi-squat, and the rear step is taut and straight).
As well as the Point Step Position (stand with both feet in a figure-eight position, but with one foot slightly in front of the other, pointing the ground with the toes), and the Big Point Step Position (on the basis of the Point Step Position, the two legs are pulled apart into a slightly squatting position with the knee bent at the back and the front leg stretched out and pointing the ground).
