Sorority Dance Slow Triple Step 10 Basic Step Names:

Left foot and change step (heavy, light, light ***3 beats, ***3 steps) Men's left foot forward, heel to full foot; right foot to the side, with the toe part of the foot; left foot and to the right foot. Ladies right foot back; left foot to side; right foot and to left foot.

Right foot and change of step (heavy, light, light ***3 beats, ***3 steps) Men's right foot forward, heel to full foot; left foot to the side, using the toe part of the foot; right foot and to the left foot. Ladies' left foot back; right foot to side; left foot and to right foot. 

The right turn step (the rotation of each stanza is about 135°, ***6 steps) has 6 steps like the left turn step*** and is usually divided into three front and three back steps, which can be used in the application of either the first three steps or the last three steps.?

The first three steps of the right turn step: the man's right foot forward, the body turns to the right, the heel lands; the body continues to turn to the right, the left foot next to the foot, with the inside of the toe; the right foot and to the left foot, the body turns slightly to the right; the left foot back, the body turns to the right; the right foot next to the foot; the left foot and to the right foot.
