First, single skating.
1, short program: athletes must complete a set of eight movements and connection steps of jumping, rotating, joint jumping and joint rotating within 2 minutes and 40 seconds. The referee first determines the action score according to the quality and difficulty of the athletes' actions, and then evaluates the performance score according to the balance of content arrangement, the consistency of music and the performance of speed, posture and musical characteristics. The total score of each event is 6 points, and the sum of them is the athlete's score. The person who scores the most points ranks first.
2. Free skating: Athletes choose their own music. Men complete a set of jumping, rotating, footwork and balancing movements in various postures within the specified 4 minutes and 30 seconds, while women complete them within the specified 4 minutes. The referee evaluates the technical level and performance according to the difficulty, quantity, quality and content arrangement, music coordination, posture, expression, creativity and venue utilization of the athletes. The method of grading and ranking is the same as short programs.
Second, double skating.
1, short program for two people: athletes can choose their favorite music and complete the actions specified in the short program for two people within the specified 2 minutes and 40 seconds. Each action can only be done once, and extra action points will be deducted. The referee evaluates the specified action score and performance score according to the quality and completion of the athletes' movements, as well as the arrangement of the movement content and the cooperation of music.
2. Synchronized free skating: The athlete chooses music and completes a set of self-created movements within the specified 4 minutes and 30 seconds. The referee evaluates the technical level and performance according to the athletes' difficulty, quality, movement arrangement, music coordination, posture, expression, creativity and venue utilization. The method of scoring and ranking is the same as that of single skaters.
