Lucia of the Seven Seas is the princess of the North Pacific Kingdom, one of the seven mermaid kingdoms. Lucia came to earth in order to get back the pearls she gave to a boy she met when she was a child who had suffered a shipwreck. When Lucia comes to earth, she meets a surfer boy, Kaidou Donmoto, who is attacked by a water monster in the sea. In fact, Kaidou is the boy that Lucia saved before. In the end, the water demons are defeated. As Shara sinks to the bottom of the sea, a new princess, Starla, is born in the Indian Ocean!
