Registration conditions for retired soldiers of Jiangsu political and legal police officers

Apply for qualification

1, with China nationality;

2. Support the Constitution of People's Republic of China (PRC);

3. Persons aged 18 and under 25 (i.e. persons born between June 29th, 1984 and July 3rd, 1992);

4. Good conduct;

5. Have the physical conditions to perform their duties normally;

6. Those who apply for the pilot class of junior college must have graduated from high school or above or have the same educational level; Those who apply for the pilot class of junior college must have a college degree or above; Those who apply for the second bachelor's degree class must have a bachelor's degree and corresponding education;

7. Those who apply for the position of the People's Police shall also meet the recruitment conditions of the People's Police;

8. Other qualifications required for the position.

The following persons are not allowed to apply:

(1) Persons who have received criminal punishment for crimes;

(2) Persons who have received reeducation through labor and juvenile discipline;

(3) Persons whose criminal suspects have not been identified;

(4) The spouse or immediate family member is sentenced to death or is serving a sentence; A collateral relative who has a great influence on himself is sentenced to death, life imprisonment or 10 years imprisonment and is serving his sentence;

(five) lineal blood relatives or collateral blood relatives who have great influence on themselves are engaged in activities to subvert the China regime at home and abroad;

(6) Persons who have been identified as cheating in exams in the recruitment of civil servants in the central state organs and our province since 2006;

(seven) civil servants or staff of reference units who have been expelled from public office;

(8) 20 10 to apply for the fresh graduates of civil servants who have been employed or have passed the political examination or the staff of reference units;

(nine) other persons who are not allowed to be employed as civil servants according to law.
