What are some of the things those superheroes taught you to do?

The things that superheroes have taught me to do are to take responsibility, recognize failure and ignorance.

The more power you have, the more responsibility you have. From a quote from the old Spider-Man movie where Uncle Ben educates Peter Parker. For superheroes, they have to take on greater responsibility because they have powers beyond the norm. Ability and responsibility are correspondences. For ordinary children, they may not have such powerful abilities, but as long as they do their duty within their ability, they are good.

Why we fall, because that teaches us to get up again. Batman's true identity is Bruce Wayne, the young master of Gotham's Wayne Group. His life could have been great, with loving parents and favorable material circumstances. But in an alley at the back door of a movie theater, Bruce's fate was completely changed: the family encountered an armed robber, and both parents were killed trying to protect young Bruce. This tragedy changed Bruce forever, allowing him to put on a uniform and become Batman, who wanders through the night punishing the wicked.

Don't be afraid of what you don't understand. Fear may be the most immediate reaction. However, it cuts off our access to new knowledge and loses access to a heart of gold. Perhaps next time, when we encounter something we can't understand, we can let go of our fear and choose to embrace, to learn and understand as much as possible.

So we should face up to what we recognize and not learn to give up so easily.
