Han Xianchu (1913 02 - 1986 .10), male, native of Huang'an County, Hubei Province. General of the People's Liberation Army (PLA), proletarian revolutionary and militarist. The first commander of the 40th Army of the PLA, former member of the Standing Committee of the Central Military Commission, former commander of the Fuzhou Military Region and former commander of the Lanzhou Military Region.
