Chongren Hanbin Primary School was founded in 1958, formerly known as Children's Primary School of China People's Liberation Army Military Economics College, and is located on the banks of Hanshui River. Abacus mental arithmetic is a characteristic school-based course introduced from 1996 and practiced for nearly 20 years. So far, the school has independently developed two sets of abacus mental arithmetic teaching materials, and has nine provincial and national abacus mental arithmetic coaches.
The abacus mental arithmetic players trained by the school have won the first place in individual all-around and the first place in group in the city and province abacus mental arithmetic primary schools for a long time.
