xuep, sophomore joined Micro Spice Youth, graduated as Micro Spice Youth brand manager, left in July 16. returned in July 17, now head of Micro Spice Youth Collaboration Center.
p is the cool and warm red color of Micro Spice. The office is always the sound of her laughter, will take partners in the North Gate of CUHK awkward square dance, singing on the street. Windy, spontaneous. But every thing you do is so well thought out and perfect.
This is p's fifth year at Micro Spice. It's also her first year back.

A meeting to decide half a year's worth of work
On a summer night in '16, p hurriedly finished her training and ran all the way to meet with her partner, and when she got back, it was already 11:00 pm. She pulled open the door of KFC and opened a meeting that would decide the fate of her six months of hard work.
Weimu and Yuan (Senior Program Manager of Spice Youth - Yuan Yuan) were waiting. The three decision makers of Micro Spice were ready to discuss only one thing this night: Is Mustard Youth Pie still in business? If so, how can we do it, given the current situation?

An annual conference that brings together the best social innovation projects in China, allowing young people to come into direct contact with and learn about social innovation projects, promoting communication and interaction with each other, and allowing innovation to take hold and bring more positive change to society. The first installment was held at the end of 2016.
At that time, it was already May 16, and there was not much time left before the opening of Mustard Seed Youth Pie. Everything was ready, guests from all over the country were invited; Mustard's VI design was sharpened and sharpened; the details of the three-day annual meeting were designed to perfection ......
But no funding was found, and nothing could move.
The meeting went on until five in the morning, p sleepy and fell asleep. When he woke up Weimu and Hope were already discussing which local guests to switch to (to cut down on guest lodging and transportation costs), and Mustard was going to have to make do with the reality of the situation.
Actually, p had offered to leave the show long before that.

Don't know how to do it better anymore
No one was shocked, angry or embarrassed that p was leaving. Spice knew that leaving was the action she needed in the moment. A job should allow a person to grow. Thankfully, she had been searching for what she wanted.
At that time, the p in charge of communication, also almost all of the planning of Spice. In two years, she completed the VI upgrade of Micro Spice (from "Micro Le Yi" to "Micro Spice Youth", including the name, logo and other brand upgrades), and the operation of the communication platform is also step by step to achieve the process. Anniversary celebrations, graduation ceremonies and other planning have been refined into a set of operational methods.

Lost the challenge, she suddenly "do not know how to do better.
That was when she was at her worst. She was weak, couldn't eat or sleep well, and was always sick. From the public service job fair to the benefit of the Guangzhou public service walk fundraising, to the anniversary and closing ceremony, coupled with p's perfectionism, she often in the office alone overtime until late at night.
She was self-conscious about her inability to break out of her current state and was gripped by a sense of powerlessness. Micro Spice everyone encourages her and praises her excellence, but p doesn't believe it. She fears that Micro Spice is a comfort zone for her ego and only hears good words.

Growing Up Carved Into Your Body
She left her job and returned home to Beijing to help with her family's business, where she was no longer stressed out by her work, and spent a lot of time with her family to make up for the first two years of guilt in full.
She withdrew from almost all the work groups in Weili, and digested the problems she encountered in Beijing by herself, as if she was going to a place that no one knew about, and she was ready to start again with a stubborn and empty gesture.
At the end of 16 years, she returned to Guangzhou and found a job in business planning. Wanted to be in a blank place, a real challenge and experience themselves.
Unexpectedly, she saw her growth and ability to carve a slightly spicy look every step of the way.
She cared about her coworkers and saw that she had to be public and neglected. Just work a week to find the boss's wife feedback work, together with the design of the regular meeting, let everyone try to express the feelings; able to hold the event from start to finish, from morning to night without error; communicated with the partners, and even become friends; planning, execution of the event and even take interns, they are really shining ......
That's all she did. >
Those are all things she's done and been praised for at Micro Spice without believing it herself.
She realized that the growth in Micro Spice has long been engraved into the body. The seeds of a long time ago grew into a wholeness of their own.

I just want to go on an adventure
While p was still busy adapting to her new job and creating positive change in the business world, in July '17, Microspice re-planned its organizational strategy and returned to the public eye. (Microspice had previously suspended its operations in late '16) ). Microwood and Hope invited p to come back as head of the Collaboration Center.
P didn't say yes right away. She stubbornly thought that she hadn't grown better yet, "Wouldn't it be humiliating to come back?"
It was during those days of consideration that p watched an episode of King of Thieves. His partner, Shange, had left the Straw Hat Pirates for some reason, and was approached by the leader, Luffy, who wanted to still be on the road together.
Her whole body froze, that was her.
"I just want to go on an adventure to get away. Why don't I go?"
p is back. The office is once again filled with laughter.
The unknowns and challenges of the Co-op Center left her excited and energized. The fists and feet that Mustard couldn't flex are now unleashed. Coming up with a solution for the partner's needs, revising, iterating, she and Microwood fight to match, presenting the idea and value of Microspice in a business model.
It's a true reboot.
Constantly breaking new ground, experimenting, and doing what feels right and what feels right to her, she's growing into a more complete person.
Recently, xuep has been busy planning the 2017 Chunhui Youth Guangzhou Summit with the Lingshan Charity Foundation, and launching the Shunde Youth Public Welfare Ecology Creation Program with the De Sheng Community Charity Foundation, so she wants to do something with a group of people again!
