Use your own strength to roll by swinging a chair. At first, because the lumbar muscles are hard, after rolling 1- 2 minutes, the spasm of the lumbar muscles is relieved, and the pain is relieved, which can increase the rolling range by 3- 5 minutes. This method is especially suitable for the elderly and infirm.
Pressing Taichong point method: The patient takes a sitting position, presses one side of Taichong point (located in the depression in front of the dorsum of foot 1 and metatarsal joint 2) for about 3- 5 minutes, and then presses the other side.
