Conditions for applying for civil service in 2020
(i) Nationality of the People's Republic of China;
(ii) Above 18 years of age and below 35 years of age (born between October 1983 and October 2001), and the age of fresh master's degree and doctoral degree holders in 2020 (non-working) The age of the personnel can be relaxed to 40 years of age or less (born after October 1978);
(iii) support the Constitution of the People's Republic of China*** and the State, support the leadership of the Communist Party of China*** and the socialist system;
(iv) have a good political quality and moral character;
(v) have the physical conditions and mental qualities to perform their duties normally;
(f) have the ability to work in accordance with the requirements of the position;
(g) have a college degree or above;
(h) have other qualifications required by the central civil service authorities for the position to be filled.
The central authorities and their provincial-level subordinate agencies, except for some special positions and positions of a more specialized nature, mainly recruit people with more than two years of grass-roots work experience. Municipal (prefecture) level and the following directly under the institutions (including reference to the civil service law management units) set up 10% -15% of the plan for the recruitment of the completion of the service period, the assessment of qualified college student village officials, "three support a help" program, "rural compulsory education stage school teacher Special Position Program", "College Students Volunteer Service West Program" and other service grass-roots project personnel and college graduates serving in the military for five years (including) more than the retired soldiers. County (district) level and the following directly under the organization (including reference to the civil service law management units), in accordance with the "on doing a good job on the hard remote areas of grass-roots civil service examination and recruitment work of the opinions" requirements, take lower educational requirements, relax professional conditions, do not limit the years of work and experience, and separate delineation of the written examination passing score line, and other measures to appropriately lower the threshold of entry.
The recruitment position clearly requires grass-roots work experience, applicants must have the appropriate grass-roots work experience. Grassroots work experience, refers to the county level and below the party and government organs, state-owned enterprises and institutions, village (community) organizations and other economic organizations, social organizations and other work experience. The experience of working in military regiments and units equivalent to regiments or below, and the experience of retired soldiers serving in the military on active duty can be regarded as grass-roots work experience. For those who apply for the central government agencies, the experience of working in municipal (prefecture) organs directly under the central government can also be regarded as grass-roots work experience. The calculation of grass-roots work experience ends in October 2019.
Active military personnel, current non-fresh graduates, serving civil servants and staff of organs (units) administered under the civil service law are not eligible to apply.
People who have been criminally punished for a crime, people who have been expelled from the membership of the Communist Party of China (CPC), people who have been expelled from public office, people who have been classified as the object of joint disciplinary action for breach of trust according to the law, people who have been found to have committed fraud and other serious violations of the recruitment discipline in civil service recruitment examinations at all levels, people who have been dismissed from their posts for less than five years in the civil servants and staff members of the organs (units) administered by the Civil Service Law with reference to the Civil Service Law, as well as other people who are not allowed to be recruited as civil servants according to the laws and regulations. The people who are not allowed to be recruited as civil servants under other circumstances are not allowed to apply.
Applicants are not allowed to apply for positions that constitute an avoidance relationship after recruitment.
