Why do rural people look older than urban people?

I grew up in the countryside and lived in the city, and in my opinion, "rural people are older than city people" can only be said to be a phenomenon of the past. In my opinion, "rural people are older than city people" is only a phenomenon that used to happen. Most of the rural people have to do manual labor, and their skin is definitely not good because of the sun and wind. But city people are either sitting in high-rise buildings in the office, blowing the air conditioning, drinking hot tea; or just leisurely shopping, skating birds, square dancing. Plus their living conditions are much worse than the city people, the city people pay attention to nutrition, pay attention to health, the rural people are busy often will be just fine. And most city people dress up carefully, cut hair, ironing clothes, many women have to apply grease, powder, masks, for fear of appearing a little wrinkles. Rural people do not pay attention to these, do not know how to wear good, in the end they can not pay attention to, only to go to see relatives to dress up a little bit, but generally is not classy, with the city people can not compare.
