The desire to dance square dance and go home to lose weight.

Two months ago, I stopped eating dinner every day. Gradually, in the near future, I ate less lunch. I seldom eat only fruits and vegetables as my staple food. I am so hungry that I only eat snacks or fruit mats at night. I used to do weight-loss exercises for nearly half an hour every day for almost a week, but now it is reduced to twice a day. I also found that my face became sharper and my body showed signs of slimming. But today I weighed myself and found that I didn't lose weight at all. My heart is so stuffed that I can't breathe.
