Why doesn't the government call square dance a nuisance?

In the name of exercising, and on the grounds that I am an "old man" with a retired salary, I can go wherever I want, regardless of occasions and days, jumping alone with a megaphone, ignoring the newborn babies in the neighborhood, ignoring the students who are working hard for the college entrance examination, and ignoring the workers' brothers who have paid social security in three shifts. Therefore, today's responsibility lies not with others, but with my old age. The wisdom of old age makes the country wise, the strength of old age makes the country strong, and people are polite if they are not shameless.
