Grandma in her 70s works out like crazy and her muscles are clearly visible. What kind of life will you choose when you get old?

When I am old, I will go out with my partner to travel, the young have not been to the city, have not seen the scenery to see, no longer have to worry about the trivialities of life, do not have to worry about the child is well, because they have been parents, living their own life, can be at ease to enjoy the beautiful scenery.

When I'm old, I'll invite three or five of my girlfriends to get together and reminisce about our youth and the memories that belong to us. Who chased her first back then, and who broke her heart; who was not willing to live in the status quo, and bravely move forward, and who was alone, just to realize their dreams. We can stay together at night and not have to worry about our kids, our families, and talk all night long.

When I am old, if my parents are alive, I will stay with them every day, accompany them to sunbathe, talk about parents, tell them how much I love them, just as they love me. I want to make up for all the regrets I had when I was young and didn't accompany them, and walk them through the last days of their lives.

When I am old, I will be as strong as my grandmothers, so that I can have a healthy body, so that I can do what I want to do and go where I want to go. I can compete with my granddaughter in dancing, and my grandson in basketball, and show them what it means to be old and strong by my own actions, so that my children can really live their own lives, without adding to their burdens, and without letting them worry about my health.

When I am old, I will walk down the street and see what else I can do to help society, even if it is just to hold up a sign on the side of the road, I will be very happy.

When I'm old, maybe life will be better!
