1, hard shoulder

For example, in the Mongolian Dance masterpiece "Bowl Dance", the dancers opened the dance to the audience with horizontal pendulum, double pendulum, soft arm, soft shoulder movement.

4, around the shoulder
The shoulder movement is divided into two kinds of double and single. Double shoulder movement is the dancer's two shoulders at the same time before the back down around the circle; single shoulder movement is a shoulder before the back down around the circle. When doing this movement, the dancer should keep the balance of neck and head, relax the shoulders naturally, and tilt the waist with the above movement, showing a kind of subtle beauty.
