If you don't have a certificate before, you must apply for it from the third level. If you have obtained the qualification certificate before, you can apply for a higher level (but you can't leapfrog).
The only way to get the certificate is to participate in the training course for square dance coaches jointly organized by the Gymnastics Management Center of the State Sports General Administration and the National Line Dance Promotion Center. After passing the examination, you can obtain the qualification certificate of the corresponding level (for details, please refer to the Measures for the Administration of Square Dance Coaches (Trial) issued by official website National Line Dance Promotion Center).
