What medicine is this?

Proper name: Kaikoujian, alias Oxtail Seven, Rock Seven and Bamboo Root Seven. China evergreen tree [Shaanxi] comes from Kaikoujian. Liliaceae, rhizome is used as medicine. Dig in summer and autumn, remove fibrous roots, wash and dry. Sweet, slightly bitter, cool. Toxic. Function: clearing away heat and toxic materials, removing blood stasis and relieving pain. Used for diphtheria, rheumatic joint pain, lumbago and leg pain, traumatic injury and poisonous snake bite; External use for treating carbuncle and furuncle.
