The general public is requested to pay close attention to the nucleic acid testing time announced by our city, follow the notice of the street (township) and community (village) where you are located, go to the designated location to participate in the nucleic acid test in an orderly manner, and insist on wearing a mask. Keep a distance of 1 meter, take personal protection, and ensure that "everyone who needs to be checked is checked and no one is missed." Areas where control measures are taken and people who are quarantined at home shall comply with relevant prevention and control management regulations.
3. Starting from 0:00 on October 10, 2022, during the nucleic acid testing period for all employees, temporary control requirements will be complied with. In principle, residents of the city will stay at home. Non-residents of the community (village) are not allowed to enter unless necessary. Personnel must report.
(1) There are no crowds or gatherings in the community (courtyard). In principle, each household can arrange for one person to go out once a day to buy daily necessities with a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours. The time of outing is controlled. Within 2 hours. Residents who need to go out for medical treatment or have other special needs can enter and exit with the consent of the community (village) where they live.
(2) Party members and cadres at all levels, in accordance with the "double registration" requirement, in addition to staff responsible for epidemic prevention and control tasks, become community (village) volunteers on the spot and actively participate in community (village) epidemic prevention work and volunteering. Employees of government agencies and institutions at all levels are required to work from home in principle. Staff responsible for important tasks such as basic operational security, medical security, and epidemic prevention and control in the city must enter and leave the community with a pass, work permit or unit certificate and a negative nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours.
(3) Except for special vehicles that perform emergency tasks such as ambulance, firefighting, public security, and emergency rescue, other related vehicles engaged in ensuring supply, protecting people's livelihood, protecting epidemic prevention, and emergency transportation must pass with a pass. Road traffic is prohibited. Taxis and online ride-hailing services will be temporarily suspended, and the frequency of bus operations will be adjusted. Taking public transportation requires a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 24 hours.
(4) In addition to supermarkets (including farmers’ markets), pharmacies, medical institutions, fresh food express delivery, e-commerce distribution, and catering enterprises that only provide express delivery services to ensure the basic needs of citizens, the city’s scenic spots, Business places and stores such as teahouses, chess and card rooms, Internet cafes, bars, game halls, KTVs, massage parlors, bathhouses, cinemas, and fitness venues are temporarily closed. Various conferences, forums, trainings, performances, competitions, exhibitions, square dances and other gathering activities are suspended. All primary and secondary schools and education and training institutions immediately stopped offline teaching. All kindergartens, early childhood education points, and primary and secondary schools in the city postponed their return to school for three days, and those who have returned to school implemented closed management. Universities (secondary vocational schools), nursing homes, children's welfare homes, etc. will implement closed management. Religious venues are temporarily closed.
