1. Episode 1 Encountering the Phoenix King
Synopsis: Chi meets the Phoenix King in the forest on his way to Tokiwa City. Chi lies on the ground with an injured Pikachu and witnesses the Phoenix King flying over a rainbow after rain. Kochi's Pokémon icon does not recognize the Phoenix King, and claims that there are many other Pokémon that are unknown. Later, Koji describes his earlier sighting to Dr. Oki;
Despite Koji pointing out a picture of what Koji believes to be the Phoenix King - actually a Flame Bird - Dr. Oki is not convinced of Koji's strange encounter, and believes Koji has misread it. The all-golden Phoenix King is an early setting of the anime series Phoenix King (at a time when all second-generation Pokémon were not fully set up). This experience was revisited later.
2. Episode 62 Meets Ultramoon
Synopsis: Identity is a Pokémon created by the evil organization Team Rocket. After destroying the lab where he was born, Team Rocket leader Sakaki convinces Ultramoon to work with him by helping him control his powers. The opposite was true, as Sakaki utilized Ultramoon as a weapon. After escaping Sakaki's control, Ultramoon questions his existence and decides to take revenge on his maker. In order to achieve his goal, Ultramoon invites several Pokémon trainers, including protagonist Koji, to his island and plans to clone their Pokémon.
3. Episode 75 Meets the Flame Bird
Synopsis: The Flame Bird was acquired by Naz, but not used in battle. It was later merged with the Freeze Bird and the Lightning Bird to form a strange Pokémon at Gold City's Shirouf Company. After Nazi is defeated by the Trinity Skills of Chi, Shigeru, and Blu, the Flame Bird regains its freedom and returns to the wild. Blu, in his subsequent training to overcome his fear of bird Pokémon, subdued the Flame Bird on Lamplighter Mountain.
4. 190th Meets the Frozen Bird
Synopsis: While Kotoshi is traveling in the Hopper region, Kouki, who has stayed at home in Shuangye Town, is also undergoing a special training session for a large-scale festival. Seeing this, Chaiko challenges Kouko to a fight! After battling her mother, who was originally a top coordinator, Kouko becomes more determined to travel to the Toyohime region.
However, she is hesitant about which companions she should bring with her on the trip, and heads to Dr. Yamanashi's research institute to consult with him. At the institute, Kouko meets シンコ, a new trainer who is worried about which initial monster to choose. In front of シンコ, Bogaman argues with the little Flame Monkey and storms out of the institute ......
5. Episode 222 Meet the Lokiar
Synopsis: Kougyin is a juvenile Lokiar. Despite the fact that it wasn't officially captured through a Pokeball, Ossam considers Silver his Pokémon. The two play together all day long. Dr. Nanami of Team Rocket dispatched Yamato and Kozaburo to capture Silver, which in turn attracted the adult Lokiar to them. Nanami later used his invention on the Lokiar;
Enhancing the Lokiar's fighting ability while completely enraging the latter. Koji and his team work together to rescue Ginko and the adult Lochia. After releasing Silver, Koji convinces the adult Lochia, who finally accepts the fact that not all humans are bad. The adult Lochia then used the Mystic Guardian to protect Chi and the others. Osamu also eventually agreed to return Kogin to his elders.
6. Episode 228 Meeting Suicune
Synopsis: As Koji and his party swing across the river, they see Suicune in the jungle. The group inquires about Dr. Oki and learns that Dr. Oki has encountered Suicune before. Dr. Oki asks the group where they found Suicune, and Kodachi replies that he was rushed and left without waiting for the doctor's reply. A few moments later, Suicune finds Bishops, who is forcing Celebi to destroy the forest;
and saves Chi and Yukari before they can fall off the monster that Celebi has created. Suicune is later captured by the monster, but manages to escape from the behemoth's tight grip, which creates an opportunity for Koji and Yukari to rescue Celebi. The group eventually rescues Celebi from Bishops. In order to heal Celebi, Chi and his team take him to the Lake of Life.
7. 243rd Meets the Lightning Bird
Synopsis: In Lightning Bird and the Crystal, Lake's Secret, as Team Rocket attempts to steal a crystal that gives the Lake the ability to heal electric Pokémon, the sky suddenly overcasts and the Lightning Bird appears. This causes Team Rocket to adjust their plans and attempt to capture the Lightning Bird at the same time, but the machinery used is overloaded by the Lightning Bird's attack and subsequently explodes.
The Team Rocket party is then blown away and disappears into the sky with the crystal. At this point the exhausted Flashbird suddenly faints. Afterward, Chi and his team found Team Rocket in the jungle and managed to retrieve the crystal, curing Lightning Bird. The bird returns to the sky and Chi waves goodbye to it.
8. 260th Meets Inferno
Synopsis: Inferno, Raikou and Suicune notice that Crown City is being attacked by Zoroark, and then rush to support them. Upon meeting Zoroark, who is besieged by Kodai, the legendary Three Sacred Beasts attack Zoroark due to the outrage of the city's destruction. Zoroark set out to find Soroya, and fought an alleyway battle with the Three Sacred Beasts, including Entei, in the city;
Soroark took turns transforming into Entei, Raikou, and Suicune, but was unable to withstand the energies of all three. During an encounter between Yandi and others and Zoroark around the corner, Zoroark uses a Black Night Burst to temporarily knock the Three Holy Beasts away and continues to search for Zorua.
