Take the Time and Space Cable Car directly to the Volcano Whale Shark Museum, but there are usually many people and you have to queue up.
My choice is Walking across the Antarctic Bridge to the Dolphin Theater, stopping and walking, only takes about 15 minutes. I think it will be more fun than the cable car.

The Dolphin Theater is indoors. Find a seat when you arrive and watch the dolphin show at 1pm.
