The deer maiden invited a bunch of deer brothers and defeated the cave owner. They settled on the cliff by memo, the men plowing and the women weaving.
After the offspring multiplied, the memo built this coral cliff into a beautiful estate. Deer Hau Tou is also world famous. The person who carved the word Tianya was Cheng Zhe, known as Yazhou during the Yongzheng period of the Qing Dynasty. Below the word Tianya are the four big characters of Haikuotiankong left by an unknown official in the early years of the Republic of China. Around the Tianya boulder, a towering rock peak is inscribed with the word Haijiao, said to have been written by a scholar in the late Qing Dynasty.
Nearby are multi-level tourist attractions such as Ignition Terrace, Sea Watching Pavilion, Huaisu Pavilion, and Curved Path. Origin and Legend of Tianya Haijiao: The origin of the name of the scenic spot is the inconvenient transportation in ancient times. The legend of Nan Tianzhu is circulating. A long time ago, two Li nymphs from Lingshui secretly descended to earth and settled in the South China Sea, fishing for local fishermen. When the Queen Dowager found out, she was so angry that she sent Lei Gong Leim to get them back. The two refused, but turned into twin peaks and split into two. One landed in the sea near Lian, and the other flew to the sky, becoming today's Nantianzhu.

Yalong Bay Yalong Bay is located about 30 kilometers east of Sanya City, is the southernmost half-moon shaped bay in Hainan, east and west of the green mountains surrounded by the world's first bay reputation. There is a monument of Mazu Temple on the island. According to legend, a Taoist priest named Wu traveled all over Hainan Island in the Qing Dynasty, visiting alchemy to cultivate his body and mind. Finally, he took a fancy to the feng shui of Wuzhizhou Island, and wanted to occupy this island to build houses. This incident was learned by the then governor of Yazhou, who also came to the island. Seeing the beautiful scenery and feng shui of the island, he thought that this piece of precious land should not be owned by an individual, but should benefit all people. In order to stop Wu Daoren's behavior, the state government raised funds to build an Antang on the island in 1898, called Hanhai Sanguan, in honor of Cangjie, the creator of Chinese characters, which is rare in China. After the fall of the Qing government, the Antang was left unoccupied and the fishermen, not knowing what deity to worship, pushed it down and remodeled it as A-Ma, the patron saint of navigation.

Get off at the Niuling Tunnel entrance, the fare is 20 to 25 yuan. On the way back, just across the intersection stop the bus to Sanya. If the bus is chartered, because of the commission, the driver will pay 200 to 250 yuan for the ticket. If it is booked online, the cab fare is about 300 yuan. It is recommended not to take the bus and climb slowly for no more than half an hour. You can enjoy the mountain while climbing.
