Upend with one hand and rotate as much as you can until your feet hit the ground. (Also known as inverted hand spins).
AIRPLANES (/forum/index.asp)
Windmills with hands stretched out to the sides as high as you can grab them.
AIRSWIPES (*)
Start with both hands and feet on the ground, face up. Support your body weight with one hand kick your foot upwards then rotate, landing on your other hand before your foot hits the ground. If done correctly you should be able to rotate your entire body.
APPLEJACKS (**)
A basic move to challenge other B-Boys to an awkward dance. Crouch down with your feet, lean back with your back supported by your hands, then kick one foot in the air as high as you can. Then jump back with both feet and repeat.
TOW-LEGGED APPLEJACKS
Like Applejacks, the difference is that instead of kicking one foot, you kick both.
BACKSPIN (***)
A performance that utilizes the back for rotation. All the weight is balanced on the upper part of the back, and the feet are retracted as close to the body as possible. The key to spinning is to make circular strokes with your feet in the air. (Commonly known as a back spin.)
BACKSWIPE (***)
It's the same as the Airswipe, but except when your feet are added in halfway through and you change direction to go back to the beginning of the move.
BARRELS (/forum/index.asp)
Windmill, with your arms wrapped around the front.
BELLYMILL (/forum/index.asp)
Just like a windmill, the difference is that instead of spinning it with his hands or his head, he uses his stomach (belly).

Similar to the UFO except that the knees are in straightened hands and then the feet are off the ground.
BOOMERANG (/forum/index.asp*)

BRONCO (**)
Start on your feet, then with only one hand down, kick your feet back then feet down again and repeat all the moves.
BUNNYHOP (/forum/index.asp*)
Similar like Flare, different in that the feet are stretched out in front of the body upwards and then spinning around bouncing up and down.
CANNOABALL (/forum/index.asp)
Hands around the knees in the Cannonball move.
CRAZYLEGS (/forum/index.asp)
Just like Airswipes, but do more than one. Do Airswipes over and over again and don't pause in the middle of the action.
CRICKETS (/forum/index.asp)
A spinning maneuver almost identical to the Handglide, except that there is an occasional shift in weight into a thrusting hand as the spinning hand leaves the ground and spins around and comes back to the ground. If done right, it looks like a continuous spinning motion.
DOUBLE99 (/forum/index.asp*)
It's like doing a 2000 (Onehand99), but when you have to put down one hand to change to the other, you kick your foot to get the speed and then continue to do the 2000 (Onehand99), and each hand continues to do it without stopping.
DOWNROCK (*)
Supports the entire weight of the dancer with the center of the hand, and then the legs and feet continue to move in a rhythmic circle, with the legs and feet moving around the hand. Often a combination of Freezes and Hesitations are performed immediately after the other movements.
ELBOWGLIDE (/forum/index.asp)
The movement and position is similar to the Hand Spin, except that it is done with the hand axle and the hand is released in the abdominal position.
FLARE (/forum/index.asp)
Similar to like a windmill, the feet like to make very large circles in the air, but do not move the shoulders, but put the weight on the hands.
FISTGLIDE (/forum/index.asp)
Movement and position is similar like hand spinning, but not the same as spinning with fists.
FLOAT (*)
Use the hands to make the body balance horizontally, but with the exception of the feet, which are bent to help balance.
GENIES (/forum/index.asp)
Windmill with your hands and across your entire chest.
GODOWN
The move B-Boy does when he's dancing awkwardly when there's a good chance he'll lose.
HALO (/forum/index.asp*)
The windmill move, but instead of turning from shoulder to shoulder it's done with the head. (Commonly known as the Brush Head Windmill.)
HANDGLIDE (/forum/index.asp)
Similar to Bboy doing the Float, but with only one hand supporting the body, and the other hand helping to push the rotation. (We call this the "helicopter".)
HEADSLIDE(**)
When a Headslide is done, reverse it and stop it with your head.
HEADSPIN (/forum/index.asp)
Turn with your head. To use your hands and feet to start the spin. (That's the headspin.)
HELICOPTER (*)

MUNCHMILLS (/forum/index.asp)
Similar to a windmill, but with the difference that the feet are all crossed* and bent.
KNEESPIN (****)
All the weight is balanced on the knee that touches the floor. The other foot is extended up high. The key to the rotation is to use both hands to push. Speed is increased by leaning on the foot that is behind you to pull toward your body to generate speed after the sequence is done.
NECKMOVE (***)
A windmill that spins only once.
NUTCRACKERS (/forum/index.asp)
The part of the crotch that you cover with your hand to windmill.
RUBBERBAND (/forum/index.asp)

SUICIDE (***)
B-Boy does a Frontflip and then lies flat on his back on the floor, doing this without hurting himself.
SUMOS (/forum/index.asp)
Grabbing his knees in a style.
SUPERMANS (/forum/index.asp)
Working on the chest while reaching forward.
SWIRLS (***)
Similar to Handglide, except that it uses the forearms to spin instead of the hands.
TOMBSTONES (/forum/index.asp)
Feet together, body in L shape. No hands are used.
TOPROCK (*)
Basic upright dance step. There can be many different influences and each person does it differently. Often used as a lead-in to the opening of a dance, as a transition from one set to another in Downrocking dance, or to give yourself a break after an intense dance move.
TURTLE (/forum/index.asp)
Float is a movement in which the entire body performs a complete rotation. The rotation is accomplished by switching the weight from one arm to the other, then the hand makes a circular motion without using the body's strength, and the other hand does the same again.
TWOLEGGEDAPPLEJACKS(***)
Same as Applejacks, except instead of kicking one foot, you kick two.

COPOEIRA
Smooth dance moves are done fairly close to the ground, moving to a rising melody or defeating an opponent's attack.
RUBBER BAND
B-Boy does Kip-Ups, then drops his back and repeats the Kip-Up again
Poppin' Action Nomenclature
☆The Pop
The Pop is the action where you vibrate different parts of your body, and it's all about you vibrating your muscles. to achieve it. It's very rhythmic, and with popping music, you can pop by straightening your arms, or you can pop by bulging your shoulders while the rest of your body stays upright.
☆TheTick
☆TheTick
This movement is often used as a robot dance in the dance, is a very important part of ElectricBoogie, this action gives a person an illusion, as if the person is born like a machine in general, stopping or starting the action will have a vibration, do this! The action is to rely on the vibration of the muscles, the French comedian called this action is "clique".
☆The Floats or Glides
The Float or Glide gives the illusion that your feet are walking again with a specific program, which gives the feeling that you want to go east, but in reality, your feet are going west, and the most famous step is the "MoonWalk" by Michael Jackson. "MoonWalk," an old comedian's trick, is like going backwards when you're clearly going forwards.
☆TheSlowMo
This dance move is done like a slow-motion replay of something you'd see on TV, and usually dancers do it with MOONWALK.
☆TheWave
This is the movement of a wave that starts from the limbs. It gives the illusion of an unseen force traveling through your entire body, starting in one place, traveling through the palms of your hands, your arms, your entire body and finally stopping at your feet. The wave movement is a standard movement that is included in every dance routine. Unlike other dance moves, it is a fluid and consistent movement that should be spiritual or rhythmic. The wave does take a lot of style from Pop, but when you compare it to Pop, it's much smoother if you have a path around your body when you do it.
☆The MannequinorRobot(Robotics)
This is a mechanical dance style that has been around for a long time, and it's like he's mimicking a display dummy that moves in real life, and then there are two moves that are separated from the Mannequin style. One is that the dancers are like puppets being pulled by the county, they are not free to move, they can't be autonomous, they are being pulled by other people, you may have seen comedians doing this kind of performance on TV, the most classic movement is to move forward with the same hand and the same foot, and then in the performance, this is a different hand and different foot moving together is often used. Another style is robotics, which is when your limbs move at a fixed speed and then stop suddenly or with a tick, like only a machine can do. Usually you only move one part of your body at a time, as if you were being controlled by a computer program, and the movements are very standardized.Mannequin: This word refers to a mannequin for display purposes.
☆The KingTut (Egyptian King)
This move is like hanging on the wall of the Egyptian frescoes and palaces, it contains the movement of the hand, the shoulder and the axis of the hand at 90 degrees, your forearms may be up or down, bending or twisting, far away from you or close to you, and then your hand may be up and down in a cycle or twisted in a cycle, which is done with the Tick, like a robot. Tick together, like a robot dance style where each movement is separate.
☆The Lean
This is another fairly popular comedian's gimmick, where he gives the illusion of leaning on something that isn't actually there, like the invisible piano for example.
☆The Collapse
Often combined with the Mannequin, this move is done like a tire being deflated, or like a puppet with its strings cut.
☆The Heartbeat
This is a popular move where you put your hands under a jacket or t-shirt and push the shirt forward so it looks like your heart is beating in your chest, usually the dancers move forward while doing the move, which gives the illusion that it's your heartbeat that's pushing the person forward.
☆The Bicycle
The leg movement gives the impression that you're riding a bicycle, which is another comedian's favorite gimmick, and is usually combined with a hand movement that gives the impression that you're gripping the handlebars of a bicycle.
☆TheToe/Heelwalk
This move, usually done with the Mannequindancestyle, is a great way to get your feet on the dance floor, and consists of rotating the toes of one foot around the ankles of the other, then shifting the weight to the other foot. The movement consists of: using the fingers of one foot to do the rotation, then with the other foot ankle together, and then shift the weight to the other foot and ankle, and then always do, do it well, the movement will be very smooth, it looks as if you skate across the whole floor.
☆Cobra (KingCobra)
The dancer uses one hand to make a wave to pass to the other hand, then sends it back, but only to the shoulders. (If you watch the movie Breakin', there are a couple of guys doing this at the beginning of the dance, you can't miss it.)
BodyEffects is when you use your body to mimic an effect.
☆Animation
BodyEffects is when you use your body to do a movie-like, frame-by-frame, split-frame action.
☆ThreeDimensionalTickin'
More diverse than depthtickin'
Includes three-dimensional ticking in the same tick.
☆Pausin'
To stop or temporarily pause a movement for a short period of time.
☆ElectricShock
This action looks like an electric current passing through the body.
☆WaterWave
Slowly make waves and shake your body to create a watery effect.
☆InternalMoves
Moves that seem to penetrate the body or come out of the body. It's not the same as tickin' or wavin', which go through the body.
☆ExternalMoves
Moves that feel like they're coming from outside of the body, such as Cobra, Octopuss, Kingtut, Python, etc.
☆Hittin'
Continuous muscle contraction. Basically relaxing and contracting the muscles of the neck, hands, chest and legs.
☆Hittin' Style
Hittin' style dances include:Boogaloo, Boogie, Poplock, Strutin, Puppet, Robotic, freestyle. bopping, etc. These are.
☆Glides/Floats
This move is like a dancer walking in the air.Moonwalk, Backslide, Sideslide, Swalk, etc. These are all.
This is not necessarily comprehensive.

HOUSE
What's House?
HOUSE is a dance music that was developed in the 1980s along the lines of disco. This is the music played by Chicago DJs, who remixed a record by the German electronic band Kraftwerk with the regular rhythms of electronic drums (Drum Machine) and black blues vocals, and house came into being~ Generally translated as "house" dance music, it is the most basic type of electronic dance music, with a 4/4 beat rhythm, one beat of drums, a simple melody, and a high pitched female voice. A high pitched female voice. After the popularity of disco, some DJs changed it, with the intention of making disco less commercialized, the bass and drums became more deep, and often became pure music, even if there is a singing part, most of them are short sentences sung by dancing female singers, often with no clear lyrics. Gradually, elements of LATIN, REGGAE, RAP or JAZZ were added, and by the late '80s, HOUSE had broken out of the underground and become a favorite on the Chicago, New York and London pop charts.
Why is it called "house"? It means that as long as you have a simple recording device, you can make this kind of music at home~House is also the most acceptable electronic music.
Believe by Cher is a good example. M-People is the representative group of house, which replaced disco when it became popular in 1986.
House can be divided into:
Acid House, which is house music that incorporates the acid sound of TB-303, and Deep House, which has a strong soulful singing voice, also known as Garage, and is quite popular. Groups like Real Mecoy, M-People, La Bouche are all Garage.
Hard House is simply house with a heavier, more aggressive beat.
Progressive House is less about soulful vocals and more about melody and arrangement. It's a bit like "performance" house. It'
s My Life by SASH! is a great Progressive House album.
Epic House is "Epic" House. Epic House has beautiful, smooth melodies and a lot of power, with very few (almost no!) vocals. . BT's music is great Epic House, and he has been called the "Emperor of Epic House". In fact, even Rock has an "Epic Rock"
Trible House Imagine house with a raw African sound or Indian drumming. This is Trible House~ This kind of house not only has the stable rhythm of normal house, but also adds some primitive and fragmented drums in between each beat. It's quite interesting~ However, the scope of house is so wide that you don't have to categorize a track. This is just to show that there are many kinds of house".
By the nineties, house had become less edgy and trendy, but it was still very popular.
Ah Yang's understanding of HOUSE
HOUSE is from the music of the same name (HOUSE), although HOUSE and HIPHOP are the same FREE STYLE, but when you dance to HOUSE MUSIC, it will be even more FREE STYLE than when you listen to HIPHOP! The common misconception about HOUSE dance is that it's '
just a kind of STYLE which is a combination of some STEPs...'.
without the body movement...
HOUSE's music came from Chicago ~~ the music traveled to Los Angeles and New York (but at a slightly different time...).
Jackin...Jackin....Jackin.... .JACKIN...'
And naturally did a call for JACKIN to the music!!!! JACKIN then became the most important BASIC in HOUSE CLASS.
And a bunch of HOUSE DANCER's who were the best HOUSE DANCER's in NY at that time, their group was called DANCE FUSION (which is now the strongest HOUSE GROUP IN THE WORLD!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!). The group was called DANCE FUSION (now the biggest HOUSE group in the world!!!). When the Chicago House Dancers came to see the group, they gave each of them a purple shirt that said '
'. It said 'HOUSE DANCE MASTER'
!!!! The only people who have this shirt are the more senior people now....
As more and more dancers of different styles danced to HOUSE at CULB, the result was that HOUSE dancers of different styles started to be popular in Japan around the beginning of the 90's (the music was there a long time ago, just the dance was much later...)... The strongest HOUSE groups in Japan are The strongest HOUSE groups in Japan are ALMA, with KOJI, HIRO (one of my teachers
, PINO, HYROSSI, and SOUND CREAM STEPERZ (with YUKI, GOTO, and HORIE), which is famous for both house and bebop. France is represented by O TRIPE HOUSE, and Taiwan has Improvisation, which consists of BALA. And Hong Kong has NA YING NA YING (he is a BRIAN GREEN student! HOUSE is very strong oh ~), TOE (now in Guangzhou ALL STEPS!), MING (in Guangzhou ALL STEPS! is a student of Japan KOJI,HIRO,YUKI
.
There are more master house dancers in the US, such as BRIAN GREEN (who is very skilled but not a member of DANCE FUSION), SHAN'S (who is also my mentor), E JOE, CALEF, and later TERRY WRIGHT, BOBBY, and so on. etc. ....
