What kind of dance does Wu Meiniang dance?

Wu Meiniang's dance is the encore of the warrior Lanling.

Lan Ling Collection of Warriors, also known as Da Mian, is a famous musical in ancient China. Originated in the Northern Qi Dynasty and flourished in the Tang Dynasty. It is a man's solo dance to celebrate the exploits and virtues of the warrior Lan Ling. The dancers showed the heroic spirit of the warrior Lan Ling's "pointing and stabbing". It was spread to Japan and now belongs to Japanese gagaku.

1986, the cultural relics of Warrior Lan Mausoleum in Handan City, Hebei Province restored this song through Japanese experts, making it return to its hometown. On September 6th, 1992, that is, 1428 after the release of the song, an elegant orchestra led by Ma Zhongli of Handan City and Professor Li Zhijian of Nara University of Japan dedicated and played this song in front of the tomb of Lanling Warriors in Cixian County.
