Plot summary:

The 11-year-old boy Billy Elliot (played by Jamie Bell) is The son of a coal miner, he lived with his father and brother in a small town in northern England since he was a child. He goes to boxing training classes every week.

One day, during a training class, he accidentally came into contact with ballet.
