Why do China people claim to be descendants of dragons?

"Dragon" is the totem of China people. In ancient times, the Chinese nation represented a spirit with the image of dragon, which was most obvious in Fuxi, the ancestor of mankind. According to legend, it is a snake with a human face, and the horse he rides is also called the dragon horse. Later, the idiom "Dragon and Horse Spirit" came into being, which is also an interpretation of the descendants of the dragon.

People in China always regard the dragon as a sacred symbol. No matter carving, painting or dancing wildly, the emperor's costumes are dominated by dragon patterns. A nation with dragon as its spirit is excellent, united, enterprising and diligent. The people of China are proud of the inheritance and spirit of the dragon.

The source of dragon culture is Fuxi, the ancient ancestor of our Chinese nation. It is said that Fuxi is a snake head. After he unified the tribes, he took some totems of different tribes, thus forming a "dragon". Because the source of dragon culture is Fuxi, and Fuxi is the ancestor of the Chinese nation, it is called the descendant of the dragon.

Later, the dragon culture was formed in the period of the Yellow Emperor. Therefore, we Chinese sons and daughters not only have the title of descendants of the Yellow Emperor, but also the name of descendants of the dragon.
