From what I've seen and heard, sex workers generally have their own dates, and some even have their own families, and of course some are looking for a receiver to take over.
I remember the episode of Goatfucker where a prostitute's first time may not have been caused by being a prostitute, but after that she went the way of the prostitute, where she found out she was pregnant, and so sought out someone who had been and is having sex with her, and told him to marry her or compensate her accordingly.
Of course, today's sex workers may not be the same as the plot in Goatfucker, but they are very similar. They may have been innocent girls in the beginning, but because of various things, they degenerate into sex workers and are happy with doing such things. But one day they realize that one of their carelessness has led them to become pregnant, and then what? Figure out this right person to be the receiver and find herself a marriage partner. Of course the person she actually marries is not going to stop her from pursuing this career.
They usually have a home, but it's hard for them to get a good ending. They chose this profession because they have more desires than others and they don't want to pay as much as others. They have been living a rotten life, all kinds of diseases come one after another, which also doomed them to the second half of life and the second half of the body of the unhappiness.
I remember such a story of "Goatfucker": the hero raped the waitress during an outing, and then the waitress gave it to him voluntarily when the hero left. But the fate was tragic. She got pregnant, died in childbirth, and ended up with a son who became a fool for lack of good care.
So I would prefer people to cherish their first time and the first time of others. Don't let others get a tragic end.
