1, men's competitive gymnastics program includes free gymnastics, pommel horse, rings, vault, bars and bars **** six events.
Free gymnastics: the length and width of the venue are 12 meters. Free gymnastics sets of movements are mainly composed of skill movements, they are connected with other gymnastics movements such as: strength and balance, soft movements, reason and dance together with the combination, thus constituting a rhythmic harmony, rhythmic coordination of the whole. A set of movements should make full use of the whole field (12m x 12m) and be completed in 50-70 seconds. Free gymnastics has strict requirements for skill strings and static movements, requiring forward skill strings, backward skill strings, and static movements requiring a certain degree of difficulty. Men's Free Gymnastics has no soundtrack during the competition.
Pommel horse: 1.05 meters high, ring height 12 cm. Pommel horse is in all parts of the horse, with different ways of support to complete different full spin and swing over the action is the basic characteristics of a set of actions on the pommel horse program. When doing full spins, the parallel leg full spin is the main focus. Handstands with or without spins are permitted, and the different structural sets of movements must be accomplished in full swing without pause, and no power movements are permitted in the program.
Hanging Ring: The ring height is 2.55 meters. A set of hoop movements shall consist of approximately equal proportions of swing and power static movements which are performed and connected by draping, passing through or into a brace, passing through or into a handstand, with the movement being accomplished predominantly with a straight arm. The transition from swing to static power or from static power to swing is a distinctive feature of contemporary gymnastics, and when doing static movements, the rings are required to be static, and there can be no large swing. The rings require a certain degree of difficulty to swing forward to complete the handstand and swing backward to complete the handstand, but also requires a difficult requirement of the power of the stationary movement.
Vault: 1.35 meters high. Vaulting is a jumping action that begins with a running start and is completed by jumping with the legs together. The maximum distance of the running start of the vaulting horse is 25 meters, and the running start is allowed to be interrupted, but not allowed to return to re-run, and the vaulting horse is required to have a certain height and distance in the air.
Double bar: 1.75 meters high. The double bar consists of swinging and flying movements selected from a large number of structural groups, which are accomplished in transition through a variety of bracing and draping movements. When performing tops on the Double Bar program, it is required that they must be performed from a standing position with the legs together, with no pre-movement, and a maximum of three stops or stationary movements are permitted in a set; other stops greater than or equal to one second will not be permitted.
Bar: 2.55 meters high. The bar set consists of a swinging motion that is accomplished without interruption with a variety of grips, and it includes large loops, near-bar maneuvers, rotations around the longitudinal axis of the body, and flying maneuvers. Two single arm swings over the bar's sagging surface are permitted. The bar requires a certain degree of difficulty in the aerial movements and other special requirements.
2, women's competitive gymnastics program includes vault, uneven bars, balance beam and free gymnastics *** four projects.
Vaulting: horse length 160-163 centimeters, horse body width 35-36 centimeters. Horse height according to different age groups and make a difference, the adult group is 125 centimeters, the children's group is 100 centimeters. The legs are made of iron and can be lifted. The equipment placed in front of the vaulting horse to help jump is called the bow-shaped jumping board, which is also an indispensable equipment for the vaulting horse, the board is 20-30 cm high and is made of plywood with a certain degree of elasticity. All vaulting maneuvers must be performed with both hands on the horse, and the length of the aids is arranged according to the individual. The vaulting maneuvers can be divided into groups according to the different types of vacations in the air, and the numbers held up by the trainer before the vault represent the different maneuvers.
High and low bars: unique to women's gymnastics, it consists of one high and two low bars, and the distance between the bars can be adjusted. The low bar is 130-160 centimeters high and the high bar is 190-240 centimeters high. The bar is oval, 5 centimeters long, 4 centimeters short, made of fiberglass with a wooden surface, with good elasticity and solidity. The rules have specific requirements for the combination of different levels of difficulty of the sets, the number of transitions between the low bar and the high bar, as well as the difficulty of the prancing maneuvers and the difficulty of the turns.
Balance beam: 5 meters in length, 0.1 meters in width, the height of the beam can be raised or lowered according to the need, and the official height of the competition is 1.2 meters. The balance beam has a time limit for completion, and there are strict regulations on the difficulty of the maneuvers and the string of aerial skills.
Free gymnastics: men and women **** have a project, an area of 12 × 12 square meters, carpet with many sponge blocks underneath, so the free gymnastics venue is different from the general floor, with good elasticity and buffer performance, easy for athletes to complete a variety of difficult gymnastics jumps and skills on the top of the cartwheeling action. Free gymnastics is accomplished under the music of unaccompanied singing in the flip and skill movements, free gymnastics has a strict site and time constraints, requiring athletes to complete the action within 70 to 90 seconds. There are also strict restrictions on the difficulty of the athletes' skill strings and the connection between them.
3, there are also men's team, men's individual all-around, women's team, women's individual all-around four.
