Considering the high degree of freedom in the game, there are countless ways to get through each mission, and there is a time limit on how long a mission can be activated. Grand Theft Auto 3 - Sin City Process Guide
Lawyer's Office (Point L Mission)
After a bit of traveling, Tommy arrives at the Beach Motel (it's your first residence and you can save a disk). Go up to the second floor and make a phone call, then leave the hotel. Go into the locker room to change into your suit and go to the beach yacht for the party. After talking to Colonel and others, drive Mercedes back to the nightclub ($100 payoff). Then go past the lawyer's office and return to the nightclub to find Kent and learn that someone at the beach is dealing. Drive to the alley next to the hotel, take out the chef and grab the cell phone (eliminate the other chefs to get the machete), and escape in the car with Lance. The two drive to the weapons store for a brief stay, and Tommy drops Lance back at the hotel ($200 payoff). Rest for the night and the next day, just before arriving in front of the lawyer's office, the phone suddenly rings (TAB key to answer the phone). After the conversation, picks up a hammer from the side of the road and proceeds to two sedans, striking them repeatedly with the hammer and scaring the two jurors into fleeing ($400 payoff). Returned to the attorney's office, drove to the locker room to change into worker's clothing and proceeded to the worker's disturbed area. Drive the car and use the ram to cause a riot, use the opportunity to break through the iron gates, blow up the oil drums and blow up the three trucks ($1,000 payoff), pick up the bills on the ground and return home in triumph.

Beach Yacht (Point C Mission)
Go to the yacht to get the chainsaw given by the crew and head to the Gonzalez mansion. Take care of the bodyguards inside the house, then chase them out to finish off Gonzalez with the chainsaw.Unexpectedly this gory scene is noticed by a nearby police officer, so immediately think of a way to eliminate the police warrant ($250 reward). The news of Gonzalez's death is then brought back to the yacht, where Colonel is overjoyed to hear it and sends Tommy to the open-air shopping street to retrieve the documents. Take the elevator to the second floor of the shopping street to find that the intelligence officer has gone rogue and has called in a number of assassins to deal with Tommy. Ignore the gunmen hiding on the roof of a nearby building, leave the mall immediately and get a car to chase the intelligence officer, eliminate him to get the confidential documents, and then return to the yacht without a police warrant ($500 reward). Drive to the parking lot and go with Lance to the place where the deal was made, standing on both sides of the stairs to keep an eye out. A confrontation ensues, and Tommy and Lance take advantage of the high ground to eliminate all of the gangster's enemies who come to support them. While they are happy, two motorcyclists robbed the cash. Quickly find the overturned motorcycle and the Uzilla submachine gun, catch up with the fleeing motorcyclists to retrieve the cash, and finally return to the place where the transaction took place ($1,000 payoff). Saying goodbye to Diaz, Tommy returns to the beach yacht alone and agrees to help Colonel. leave the beach yacht and drive the motorcycle to find the army advancing on the beach road. Sneak up behind them, and when the tank commander will enter the restaurant for a meal, take the opportunity to rush up and grab the tank (watch out for the tank's crashworthiness value) and drive the tank into Colonel's garage ($2,000 reward). Colonel is ready to leave Sin City because of the tank and invites Tommy to keep him safe. ★Hint: When wanted by the police, simply drive the car to the garage and have it refurbished to instantly remove the wanted star.
Construction Site (Point A Quest)
Meet Avery at the construction site, go to the costume store and dress up as a golfer to enter the golf course (you must surrender your weapon). Sneak up to the multi-level tee and take out the black-clad bouncer and his leader ($500 payoff). Leave the course the same way you came (remember to take your weapon), return to the construction site, and enter the Top Fun van fitted with a remote control helicopter. Since there is a time limit to complete the mission, don't get busy with the bombs first, but enter the construction site first using the aircraft propellers to eliminate all the workers and memorize where the bombs will be dropped on each floor before you start loading the bombs. Place four bombs on each of the four oil drums in 6 minutes and 50 seconds, and the construction site is reduced to rubble in the explosion ($1,000 reward). Go to the construction site again, talk to Avery, go to the clothing store and change into a Cuban, and sneak into the alley across from the fast food restaurant with a sniper rifle. First, use the sniper rifle to blow out all the tires of the car across the street, and when the gang leader leaves in the car with a flat tire, easily catch up with him (be careful of the coffin bombs thrown out by the car), and pull the leader out of the car and kill him on the spot ($2,500 reward).
★Tip: Shooting the tires of cars and motorcycles will reduce the speed of the car, you can press F to force a jump when the car and motorcycle are running at high speed, thus avoiding the car explosion to the protagonist.
Center Island Manor (D-Point Mission)
The gate of the Center Island Manor is finally open, drive to the manor to find Diaz and help him to follow the drug dealer. Follow the map directions to the drug dealer's residence and drive the motorcycle to tail the drug dealer to a building ($1000 reward). Go back to the estate and tell Diaz about the drug dealer, and the two of them will take the helicopter to the enemy's lair (watch out for the helicopter's durability). Tommy uses the heavy machine gun to attack and repels the enemies in turn with the help of oil drums. Get out of the helicopter and eliminate the remaining enemies in the room, go to the roof and pick up the file packet and take the plane back to the manor ($2,000 reward). Using the speedboat you just grabbed (note the durability of the speedboat), be the first to reach the cargo ship from the waters off Golf Island, then shoot the enemies in hot pursuit and return to the Center Island Manor ($10,000 payoff) ......
Tommy and Lance have a date and decide to tackle the evil Diaz (with a time limit) .. After the two team up to take care of the enemies outside the manor, enter the mansion through the indoor pool by the beach. Kill the enemies along the way to the third floor and team up to defeat Diaz and capture the Center Island Manor ($50,000 reward). The manor is now automatically Tommy's property (you can access progress, change clothes, store cars, there are sports cars and limousines outside the manor, and a helicopter is parked on the roof of the manor).
★Hint: It doesn't cost money to fix a broken car in the garage, just drive it to Tommy's garage and it will automatically look brand new.
Café (Pic 1)
Enter the café to participate in the speedboat race initiated by Rico, and complete the 27-circle water runway in less than 3 minutes ($1000 payoff). Return to the cafe from the finishing bridge, find a car that can carry four people, and lead your companions to fight the gang near the fast food restaurant. First destroy the car to blow up the enemies in the alleyway, then use the sniper rifle to shoot the sniper on the roof of the building, then raid the enemies in the warehouse (you can't kill all the enemies here, so you can use them to earn money) and drive back to the cafe ($2000 reward). Enter the cafe to negotiate with Rico, then carry the heavy weapon by the beach and take the Rico speedboat to the gangster dock. Find a chance to blow up two speedboats, go ashore and use the wall as cover to eliminate all the gang members (note that the wanted list is 5-star), and return to the cafe with the three document packages ($4,000 reward). Take one of your men with you and start by robbing a nearby car belonging to the Haitian gang. Drive to the location to meet your companion and enter the Haitian base through the alley. Shoot all the Haitian members inside the base, place time bombs on the first and second floors, and escape from the base through the stairs next to the iron gate in 45 seconds ($10,000 reward).
★Hint: Obtain the Uzi (UZI) submachine gun, and press E and Q first with CTRL to shoot in cars and speedboats; motorcycles can be shot forward by pressing CTLT.
Nightclub (K-Point Mission)
Arrive at the nightclub and learn that Lance has been captured by the mob. So Tommy makes his way to the coal plant (watch out for Lance's life level) and uses his submachine gun to engage the enemy in a pitched battle to rescue the suffering Lance. avoiding the supporting gangster cars, take the dying Lance to the hospital.
★Hint: Press Shift to sound the alarm in a police car, ambulance, or fire truck, and other vehicles will avoid it, saving time for your mission.
Center Island Manor (V-Point Mission)
Since Tommy has acquired the manor, he has invited his friend **** to gather for dinner. Head to the North Shopping Mall and break all the glass on the first and second floors in five minutes before returning to the manor ($2,000 payoff). The next day, accompanied by two estate guards, go to a small restaurant and kill two security guards. Then drive into the designated spot, throw incendiary bombs to burn the enemies to death, and eliminate the biker who managed to escape within five minutes ($4,000 reward). After returning to the estate for the night, Tommy and Lance go to the garage and find a way to increase the wanted police star to three stars, then introduce the pursuing police officers into the garage and change into their uniforms to go to the North shopping mall. Show the police officer's card to enter the mall cafe, install a bomb to cause an explosion, bypassing the pursuing police, the same way back to the manor ($10,000 reward) ......
Former friend Lance actually joined forces with Sonny to rebel, and attacked the manor with many assassins (with the use of a monitor to observe). Tommy used the hall to fight with the enemy, but during the battle, he found that the number of money is decreasing crazily, and returned to the bedroom to find that the safe has been bombed and robbed. In a rage, Tommy follows Lance all the way to the roof, eliminates all the enemies, and returns to the lobby to clear out the remaining men ($30,000 reward).
★Hint: Go home and rest for a night and your life will be restored automatically. Press C to crouch down and shoot to get a more accurate shot.
Devil's Choir (Figure 2)
Find a faster sports car and make your way to the drug dealing location. Honk the horn to lure the drug dealer to appear, and follow the dealer's motorcycle all the way, looking for a chance to finish him off and take the drugs. When you are about to return to the choir, LOVE asks Tommy to help pick up Mercedes, so you have to drive to the mansion to pick up Mercedes and get back to the choir in 1 minute and 30 seconds ($2,000 reward). Arrive at the bar, chase the designated gangster car all the way and successfully kill PSYCHO ($4000 reward). Return to the choir and have Tommy drive the choir members to the Devil's Stage. However, a bomb is found in the car on the way, so you must keep going at full speed along the beach highway (the lower speed limit will cause the car to explode) until the bomb is removed, and then send the choir to the Devil's Stage ($8,000 payoff).
★Hint: Holding down the SHIFT key frequently to run will constantly boost Tommy's endurance value, allowing for longer runs each time.
Motorcycle Gang (Figure 3)
Tommy participates in a motorcycle race held by the Motorcycle Gang. Following the circle marked on the map, he eventually finishes the race in first place ($1,000 payoff). Back at the rec store, Tommy decides to show off his skills. Shoot wildly for two minutes until the blue energy bar is full ($2,000 reward). After gaining the trust of the motorcycle gang leader, drive the motorcycle in front of the entrance and, after a long acceleration, leap from the stairs to the roof of the house across the street. Fight off the incoming enemies (again, enemies can't be killed here), steal the red motorcycle from the garage, and return to the motorcycle gang's recreation room via the stairs ($4,000 reward).
Bungalow (Pic 4)
Help your aunt to get the three folders (you'll be ambushed by the police on the way to the mission, so it's a good idea to find a motorcycle beforehand). Upon arriving on the roof to get the first folder, Tommy finds himself falling into a police ambush. Take the other two files within 1 minute and return to the private house to give the stuff to your aunt ($1000 reward). Next, head to the beach and get into the outfitted Top Fun van and remotely control the fighter jet to blow up the gangsters' three speedboats and a gangster car. There are only three planes, so be sure to watch your timing to drop the bombs ($2,000 reward). Then return to the private house and get the sniper rifle sponsored by Auntie, come to the roof of the opposite building from the stairs and the gun easily eliminates all the gang members ($5,000 payoff).
★Tip: Unfortunately enter the police station or hospital during the mission, and when you leave the police station or hospital, there is a cab nearby to take you back to the mission location.
Tourist Shack (P-Point Mission)
Track the four trucks transporting weapons in the Patriot car, intentionally crash or shoot to make the weapons fall (motorcycle gangs obstruct on the way, $100 pay for each kill), and after picking up all the weapons (TAB key), go back to the Tourist Shack ($2,000 pay). Take PHIL to the hospital within the time limit), then roll over to the alley next to the cafe, where a desperate PHIL walks alone toward death ($4,000 payoff) ...... Weapons such as rocket launchers, heavy machine guns, and remote-controlled bombs can now be purchased next to the tourist shanty truck.
★Tip: Copy MP3 music to the MP3 directory of the game's installation directory, and select MP3 while driving to enjoy the music.
Buying Assets
When the protagonist is near the icon labeled Real Estate, press the TAB key to buy the specified asset while ensuring that you have enough cash. At this point an inventory point will appear near the asset, complete the asset mission as required and the asset will begin to make a profit for Tommy.
Shipyard Marina
Asset Price: $10,000
Daily Profit: $2,000
Asset Mission: select the speedboat docked by the marina and run all the rounds ($5,000 reward) within 2 minutes and 30 seconds, and the marina will start to profit.
Tips and tricks: speedboats with tail fins are faster, and when traveling through short bridge holes on the way, be sure to slow down and move forward to avoid the speedboat crashing into the bridge holes and catching fire.
Ice Cream Parlor
Asset Price: $20,000
Daily Profit: $3,000
Asset Task: Drive the ice cream truck to the crowded area, sell 50 ice creams without being detected by the police, and get off the truck and the ice cream parlor will start to make a profit.
Tip: Every 4 ice creams sold will trigger a police star, so it's best to drive until the star disappears, then continue to a new area to sell ice cream, and don't leave the ice cream truck on the way.
Ballroom
Asset price: $30,000
Profit per day: $4,000
Asset task: Enter the first room of the ballroom to watch the dance show, when you spend $600 (SHIFT to leave), the ballroom will start to make a profit.
Trick tip: You have to use out $600 to watch the show for about 15 minutes, so it is recommended that you go watch some TV and come back.
Taxi Company
Asset Price: $40,000
Daily Profit: $5,000
Asset Tasks: ①Drive a cab to the center island within 1 minute and honk the horn to greet the VIPs, but the VIPs are taken by the driver of another cab company. Follow the departing cab closely, chase and shoot to kill along the way to get VIP into Tommy's Taxi, and send VIP to the waiting hall ($1000 reward). ② Shoot up three cabs from other companies ($2,000) and return to the cab company. ③ Head to the terminal plaza and honk the horn to discover that you have fallen into the other companies' trap and six cabs are suddenly rushing towards Tommy. Destroy all six cabs within one minute (to utilize more space in the square). Then the head of the company driving a zebra cab coming, immediately get out of the car with a sniper rifle to kill him (5,000 yuan payment), cab companies began to make a profit.
Tip: There are multiple gangs operating next to the cab company, so pay special attention when heading to the cab company to collect money.
Movie Company
Asset Price: $60,000
Daily Profit: $7,000
Asset Mission: Arrive at the Recreation Plaza to meet Candy, but on the way there is a gang of pies following Candy. Tommy has to take out the gang members, then drive to eliminate the fleeing ringleaders (watch out for the enemy support troops), return to the Recreation Plaza and Candy will find Mercedes at the pizzeria, and the three of them will return to the movie studio together ($1000 reward). Pilot the seaplane next to the studio, and after takeoff, follow the sequence of blue circle → red circle → blue circle to spread the movie posters before the oil runs out ($2,000 reward). Return to the movie studio and use the transparent helicopter by the studio to follow Candy in the air to the mansion. Land the plane at the nearby beach, take the stairs to the mansion across from the pool, and use the camera on the fifth floor to take three pictures of Candy (right mouse button to use the photo machine, Z and X keys to adjust the viewing distance). At this point the FBI starts chasing Tommy around, quickly escape from the building back to the movie studio ($4000 payoff). Drive the motorcycle by the newspaper studio to the office and take the elevator to the top floor. Follow the red signs and fly along the way, eventually coming to the searchlight and reversing the direction for free advertising for the movie ($8,000 payout) as the studio begins to turn a profit.
Skill tip: When flying a helicopter through the city, be careful of the skyscrapers that tower as high as you go. Instead of a motorcycle, the helicopter can traverse otherwise difficult red flags.
Money Printing Factory
Asset Price: $70,000
Daily Profit: $8,000
Asset Mission: take a cab to the nightclub to ask around, then head to the docks. Enter the room on the second level of the cargo ship from the deck and get the information about the counterfeit banknote electric plate. When you come out, as you are surrounded by police, jump directly from the railing to the grass and drive back to the banknote printing plant ($2,000 payoff). Use the information to get to the dock before the helicopter lands, eliminate the enemies inside the plane to get the counterfeit money (never let the enemies leave in the car), and escape back to the printing plant ($5,000 payoff), which is starting to turn a profit. Tommy is about to leave but learns on the phone that Mafia and the others are forcibly collecting protection money for their assets (three motorcycles) and immediately goes to stop them from doing so ($30,000 reward).
Trick tip: You can't kill all the cops on the freighter, and the docks are mostly female gangsters.
Nightclub
Asset Price: $120,000
Daily Profit: $10,000
Asset Mission: arrive at the police station, change into police clothes in the locker room, enter the office to obtain the code card, and rescue CAM, who is being held in the cell in the basement. at this point the alarm goes off, quickly escape from the police station, and Tommy sends CAM home ($1,000 Tommy sends CAM home (for $1000) and returns to the nightclub alone. Car Finding Task: Find four groups of cars ready to be on display, six cars in each group, for a total of **** 24 cars to be found. Found cars parked in the garage next to the notice board, each group of cars found will receive a bonus car. The first group of cars to be found is: LANDSTALKER-IDAHO-ESPERANTO-STALLION-RANCHER-BLISTA COMPACT (bonus Deluxo car). The second group of cars to be found are: SABRE-VIRGO-SENTINEL-STRETCH-WASHINGTON-ADMIRAL (for the Sabre Turbo car). The third group of cars to be found are: CHEETAH-INFERNUS-BANSHEE-PHOENIX-COMET-STINGER (for the Sandking car). The fourth group to find the car is: VOODOO-CUBAN HERMES-CADDY-BAGGAGE-MR WHOOPEE-PIZZA BOY (reward Hotring Racer car).
Racing missions: Although the racing and car-finding missions can be done at the same time, it is recommended to get the Hidden Hotring Racer car before participating in the race in order to get the best run.
Tips and tricks: It is recommended not to intentionally search for the car, but rather to complete the other missions and find the car at the same time. If you're desperate to find a car, the first three sets of cars are available on the nearby airport road, and the last set are specialized cars that are easy to find if you pay close attention.
