Dripping Lake
Address: No. 1, West Huanhu Road, Lingang New Town, Main District, Pudong New Area. Tickets: Free. Transportation: Get off at Longyang Road Station on Railway Line 2 and transfer to Longgang Express (Longyang Road Metro Station - Lingang New Town) to reach Dripping Lake in Lingang New Town.
The Dripping Lake is the landmark project of the main city of Lingang New Town. The design idea comes from the overall planning scheme of German GMP company: a drop of water falls from the sky into the sea, stirring up ripples, and the drop falls into the Dripping Lake with a diameter of 2.5 kilometers and an area of 5.66 square kilometers. It is currently the largest artificial freshwater lake in China. In order to improve the water quality of Dishui Lake, Nanhui District has built a new diversion canal to bring water from the Dazhi River directly into the lake, which is ecologically and biologically treated to make the lake water clearer. Nanjing Road
Nanjing Road, everyone who comes to Shanghai for the first time will visit. Eleven stores (former Daxin Company), Yongan Mansion, Shanghai Fashion Company (former Shixin Company), the first food store (former Xinxin Company), the four "big companies", overlapping the past and present life of Nanjing Road.
From the Henan intersection to the end of the pedestrian street, continuing east until the Bund on Nanjing Road East, pedestrians seem to be plunged into the 1930s and 1940s. Riverside Avenue
Riverside Avenue is a pedestrian boulevard located on the banks of the Huangpu River, across the river from the Bund. When the lights come on, on one side is the sparkling Oriental Pearl Tower and modern skyscrapers, and on the other side is the vintage and elegant World Architecture Expo on the Bund. Today, Riverside Avenue has become Shanghai's "Little Bund".
