Sports programs are: track and field, skiing, triathlon, decathlon, rowing and so on.
1, track and field
is the general term for walking, running, jumping, throwing and other sports and their all-around sports programs composed of some of the projects. Athletics has a long history, originated in the basic survival of mankind and life activities, the earliest track and field competitions were held in 776 BC in the village of Olympia, ancient Greece, from then on, track and field has become one of the official competition.
2. Skiing
Skiing is a sport in which athletes mount skis on the soles of their boots for speed, jumping and sliding downhill on the snow. Skis are made of a mixture of wood, metal materials and plastic. Alpine skiing consists of abseiling, slalom and giant slalom (obstacle skiing). Alpine skiing is a mixed event, which consists of the above three events. It is a sport in which people slide across the snow in a standing position, holding ski poles and stepping on skis. The key elements of skiing are "standing", "board", "snow" and "skating".
3, triathlon
Triathlon is a combination of swimming, cycling and running three sports to create a new sports program, is a test of athletes physical strength and will of the sports program.
4, decathlon
Athletics all-around sports program. It is a comprehensive men's competition consisting of 10 track and field events such as running, jumping and throwing. Decathletes are scored based on their performance in each event, and the person with the highest total at the end wins. Therefore, athletes must perform well in each event, rather than favoring one, in order to win the championship.
5, rowing
Rowing is a water sport in which one or more oarsmen sit on the boat, with their backs to the direction of the boat's advancement, and use their muscular strength to row through the simple leverage of oars and oarstools to make the boat move forward.
