What are the basic movements of Mongolian dance?

1. The most representative basic movements of Mongolian dance are shoulder movements, such as shaking shoulders, shrugging shoulders and rolling shoulders.

2. Basic movements are divided into upper limbs and lower limbs. The upper limbs include wrist pressing and wrist lifting, hard wrist, soft hand, cutting, hand shifting, hand shaking, back pulling and shoulder pulling. There are shuffling, bathing, tiptoeing, leg sucking, stance and so on in the lower limbs, as well as hand position, foot position and posture.
