It is always said that a person needs self-confidence, self-esteem, and self-love, but why do so many adults fail to do so? The reason is actually very simple. During the growth process, a certain practice was missing.

How to make up for it? How do we lose opportunities to gain confidence as we grow up?

Because self-confidence means "belief in one's ability to achieve the value one pursues", the basis of self-confidence is "ability".
