Album introduction

2006 swept the world of Disney's original TV movie "Song and Dance Youth High?School?Musical", not only the world's first ratings, but also topped the 2006 U.S. Best Selling Albums Championships, this summer, "Song and Dance Youth 2?High?School?Musical?2". Musical? 2" is about to set off another "song and dance" whirlwind!

"High?School?Musical" is a record-breaking album for the U.S. and Taiwan!

With over 100 million viewers worldwide, "High?School?Musical" has not only won 8 Billboard Music Awards, Emmys and Teen Choice Awards, but the soundtrack has also set two new records on the Billboard charts: the first-ever TV and movie soundtrack to win the No. 1 spot on the U.S. pop album charts, and the first single soundtrack to win the No. 1 spot on the U.S. pop album charts, as well as the first-ever TV and movie soundtrack to win the No. 1 spot on the U.S. pop album charts. The soundtrack also set two new Billboard chart records, including the first-ever TV soundtrack to reach No. 1 on the U.S. Pop Albums chart, and the record for the most chart-topping singles (nine) from a single soundtrack. Cumulatively, the "Song & Dance" soundtrack has sold over 6 million copies worldwide since its release, and is the 2006 U.S. Album of the Year!

The series premiered in Taiwan in October last year and immediately set a new ratings record for the Disney Channel in Taiwan, which then sparked sales of the soundtrack in Taiwan. After the first batch of imported disks were sold out within a week, the soundtrack of "Song and Dance", which was officially released at the end of October, stayed on the G-Music charts for a total of 26 weeks (as of 2007.05.06? G-Music charts), which is the longest-lasting album of all the Western albums released in Taiwan last year! Not only is it the most popular album in Taiwan, but the soundtrack to "Song and Dance" was also the top selling album on the G-Music Western charts last November, without any strong TV commercials.

Additionally, the DVD of "Song and Dance" sold out within a week after its release in Taiwan. And in Taiwan youth Internet use, the customary Yahoo Qimo family and nameless small station albums, to "song and dance youth" as the keyword, can find as many as 65 related family and 315 related albums! ***The TV ratings, record and DVD sales, and the Internet buzz surrounding "Song and Dance" have proven once again that Taiwan's youth and the "Tun" generation are as supportive of "Song and Dance" and its six main characters as any of today's pop stars and divas.

Synopsis

The main characters are Troy Bolton, a basketball prodigy who grew up with basketball as his goal, guided by his father and coach, and Gabriella Montez, a rare science prodigy and "Einstein" who has achieved a lot of amazing things. Gabriella Montez is a rare science prodigy, an "Einstein", an amazing achiever and a kind hearted person. The two of them are from two different worlds, but during the New Year's Eve holiday, they sang a duet in a karaoke contest and made the most of it. At the end of the vacation, they find out that Gabriella and Troy are attending the same school because Gabriella's mom has switched jobs! Auditions for the roles in the school musical are about to begin, so Troy and Gabriella plan to audition to be the lead in the school's newest musical. As the basketball and academic competitions are approaching, the honor of the school is at stake. In order to keep Troy's mind on basketball and Gabriella's mind on her academic all-around game, members of the basketball team and the academic club band together to dissuade them from auditioning for the musical, and Gabriella's newfound friend Taylor McKessie and Troy's best friend and supporter Chad Danforth find out the news. Chad doesn't want to see his basketball idol on stage, and Taylor is worried that she'll lose an important member of her academic team. Sharpay Evans and Ryan Evans, who have always been the leads in the school musical, are also worried that their status in the school will be jeopardized, and they try to prevent them from auditioning for the roles. Instead of giving up, Troy and Gabriella became more active in pursuing their dreams and influenced the other students to show others some of their hidden talents! Later on, the team realized that it would be cruel to kill the dreams of their friends and gave them encouragement and help again. Troy's father also clearly understood his son's stubbornness and dreams and said to him, "As long as you are happy!" This gives Troy a great deal of motivation, and Gabriella begins to gain confidence as well.

Sharpay?and?Ryan?maliciously changed the time of the musical auditions so that the basketball game, the academic all-around competition, and the musical auditions were held at the same time. Surprisingly, their teammates vow to assure them that they will be allowed to play and devise strategies to make the scoreboard malfunction in the basketball game and the chemicals in the academic game produce poisonous gas thus putting both games on hold. When ?Troy? and ?Gabriella? arrive at the theater, the musical auditions have already ended, and after pleading with both men and the pianist, they are finally allowed to compete, with all of their teammates present to encourage them.

Gabriella?and?Troy?sang at an amazing level and ended up winning. They won again in basketball and in the academic competition because of their courage. Sharpay and Ryan realized their mistakes and sincerely congratulated them, and Gabriella and Troy forgave them and became friends with them, full of confidence and expectation for the future.

As a basketball prodigy, ?Troy? does not reject the hopes of the crowd and does not give up his dream of pursuing his dream of becoming a happy and confident person. Gabriella?s intellect is superb, and she balances her studies and interests well because she has the encouragement and trust given by others. Troy, with the support of his friends and the understanding of his father, went from being a boy who didn't talk about anything but basketball to being a warm and welcoming person. They express themselves through music. Watching this movie, we understand the truth: do not be affected by the localization of everything and lead to their own inability to compete in the real happy, only the courage to face, in order to get the results they hope.
