Ingredients: chicken feet, lemon, coriander, garlic, red pepper and ginger.
Seasoning: soy sauce, white vinegar, sugar, peanut oil (or sesame oil), salted chicken powder, cold boiled water and cooking wine.
working methods
1. Clean the bought chicken feet, chop off the nails of the chicken feet, and then cut the chicken feet in half for later use. Cutting them in half can make them taste better.
2. Blanch the chicken feet in a pot with cold water, then add ginger slices and cooking wine to remove the fishy smell. After boiling, continue to cook for about 8 minutes. After the time is up, take out the chicken feet and soak them in cold water for half an hour, preferably ice water, so that the soaked chicken feet taste more crisp. Take out and drain for later use.
3. Prepare coriander, lemon, red pepper and garlic, slice the lemon and chop all other materials. Remember to take out the lemon seeds, because eating them with lemon peel is bitter.
4. Put the drained chicken feet into the basin, put all the cut chicken feet into it, then pour in 2 spoons of soy sauce, 1 spoon of white vinegar, 1 spoon of white sugar, a proper amount of peanut oil, a spoonful of salted chicken powder, and finally a proper amount of cold boiled water.
5. Stir the seasoning evenly, then soak it in the refrigerator for more than 3 hours, preferably overnight, and you can eat it the next day, because the lemon seeds and skins are bitter, and the lemon seeds have been taken out and thrown away, but the lemon peel is still there, so take out the lemon slices and throw them away when soaking for 1-2 hours, otherwise the lemon peel will be bitter after soaking for a long time.
pay attention to
If lemon slices are troublesome, you can use lemon juice directly, so you will be fine after soaking for a long time. If you soak lemon slices 1-2 hours, clip them out and throw them away, otherwise the chicken feet will be very bitter.
