Major Achievements

Born in March 1945 in Baxian County, Hebei Province (now Bazhou City), he was admitted to the Hebei Provincial Opera School (the predecessor of the Hebei Provincial Academy of Arts and Vocational Studies) to study Hebei Opera Performance in 1959, and was retained in the school for two years of further study after graduating in 1965. 1968, he took part in the playwrights' work for the Hebei Creative Group, organized by the Hebei Provincial Revolutionary Committee.
