Practice your feet first, and then practice your arms alone. When your feet and arms can be perfectly completed by themselves, connect your feet and arms together. Don't wait until the next class to remember the routines you have learned. Think more after class. If you like, your arms can practice your feet in the classroom. Think in your head first, and then practice whenever you have time. Don't listen to music when you start practicing. Listen to some slow-paced music and practice slowly when you practice fully, so that you will be familiar with it in the next class and you will certainly be able to keep up with the beat.
