1, whether the square dance can be carried out in the community depends on whether it disturbs the people. Not disturbing the people is legal, and disturbing the people is illegal. Dancing square dance in the community may bring inconvenience to the lives of neighbors and infringe on the civil rights and interests of others in the neighborhood relationship. It may also violate the relevant provisions of the Public Security Administration Punishment Law of People's Republic of China (PRC), and violate the relevant provisions of the Environmental Protection Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) due to loud noise.
2. Legal basis: Article 58 of the Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) on the Prevention and Control of Environmental Noise Pollution.
Anyone who violates the provisions of this Law and commits any of the following acts shall be given a warning by the public security organ and may also be fined:
(a) The use of loudspeakers in urban areas where noise-sensitive buildings are concentrated;
(two) in violation of the provisions of the local public security organs, organize entertainment, assembly and other activities in public places such as urban streets, squares, parks, etc., and use audio equipment to produce excessive volume that interferes with the surrounding living environment;
(3) Failing to take measures in accordance with the provisions of Articles 46 and 47 of this Law, and emitting environmental noise from the indoor environment that seriously interferes with the life of the surrounding residents.
2. What are the penalties for disturbing people by dancing in square dance?
